Coaching is a powerful tool designed to help you take action and make positive changes in your life. It requires your openness and readiness to embrace new possibilities!
Coaching focuses on exploring your desired future by understanding your present circumstances. By examining the "here and now," we will tap into your available resources, overcome limited thinking, and identify actionable steps. I will provide you with effective tools and techniques to help you set and achieve your goals.
Coaching is a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself. Trust, honesty, and openness are the pillars of our relationship, which is built on effective two-way communication. As the client, you play an active role in committing to the process, while I ensure confidentiality and tailor the sessions to meet your specific needs.
What coaching is not?
Coaching is distinct from counseling, therapy, or mentoring. While I may challenge you, suggest practices, or provide additional work outside of our sessions, the choice to engage in them is entirely yours. You have full autonomy over your life, and my primary responsibility is to help you recognize areas for improvement and guide you towards achieving your goals, dreams, and aspirations.
Coaching may not be suitable for exploring past issues or relationships, but you are welcome to mention them during our sessions.
Coaching is not suitable for individuals without a genuine desire for change or those who do not wish to be coached.
Coaching is not suitable for individuals who are not fully committed to taking responsibility for their own actions.
What can coaching help me with?

Opting for shorter coaching packages and workshops will provide the necessary support to make incremental changes that enhance specific areas of your life. For example:

How often do we meet?
For personal change and transformation to occur, it is recommended to have weekly sessions. This provides consistent accountability and allows us to build a strong relationship where we can delve deeper and uncover beliefs and approaches to life that you may not currently be aware of.
However, I understand that everyone's needs are different, so I tailor each coaching package specifically to meet your individual needs. This means we can meet at a frequency that works best for you.
Meetings for group coaching programs and workshops are specified at the time of booking.
