After a deep session with my coach where, let’s be honest, I was moaning about where I am with my business, she got me to list what I was holding against it. We then mapped out the opposite to discover the possibility of what I was holding within it. As the words took shape, I realised something beautiful: I wasn’t just describing my business, I was describing me. Or rather, I was describing the version of me I’m opening into, the one I aspire to embody fully.
The truth is, our businesses, our creative projects, even the way we show up in our work, are mirrors of who we are and who we are becoming. Transformation isn’t just about goals or external success, it’s about alignment. It’s about making sure that what we build is a direct reflection of the values, energy, and impact we want to create.
I’m curious, have you ever had a similar experience, when your art, your work, your creations reflected something deep within you? When you saw yourself in what you made?
I’d love to hear about it—better yet, send me a photo and celebrate the ways we bring ourselves into our craft.
